Three tenant-owned layers compose every deliverable: Layer 1 — branding kit (identity, singleton) → Layer 2 — report shells (the document frame, per appraisal type) → Layer 3 — merge templates ({{token}} sections). Branding lives in one place; no shell or template carries its own logo or colors.
